New covid-19 protocols

In an effort to maintain staff and client health, we have put the following protocols in place:
Checking in for appointments:
Call from your car when you arrive in the parking lot. We have set out four numbered cones in the spaces directly in front, next to the handicap space. Let the receptionist know which space you've parked at, handicap or the number, and we will be right out with a health questionnaire to fill out for the doctor. If you would like to expedite your check in upon arrival, you can fill the form out prior to your appointment. This questionnaire is titled "RAH Health Questionnaire" and is located under the Clinic Forms tab on our home page. After you have filled out the form, call us again to let the receptionist know you are finished. We will then have the doctor's assistant come out to bring both the form and your pet to the treatment area for the doctor to perform the exam. After examining the patient your veterinarian will give you a call (be sure your phone is on and good to go!) and consult over the phone. When services are complete the receptionist will give you a call to charge you out and schedule your follow up appointment. After completing the transaction the assistant will then bring the patient back out to you and we're all done!
Food and Medication pick ups: Same as appointment check in, just call us from your car when you arrive and let us know which parking spot you are in. The receptionist will charge you out over the phone and bring your items out to your car. Easy Peasy! You don't even have to leave the car!

We are still offering the same services as before as well as offering the same hours of operation. We really appreciate everyone's understanding during this time. While we miss seeing you, we are dedicated to keeping everyone safe and healthy during this pandemic. We are committed to remain open in order serve you and your pets. We're gonna get through this together!
